The APAN University’s Daily Training Webinar will continue to be offered from 12:00noon – 1:00pm U.S. Eastern time every weekday with one new addition. Tuesday’s session is now focused on Community Owner Training.
Every Tuesday, a new APAN Community Owner training webinar will be offered starting January 26, 2021. The new Tuesday session is offered to support the new requirement for all APAN Community Owners to confirm attendance at APAN University’s Community Owner training.
The new Owner training will also start at 12:00noon U.S. Eastern time and last 90 minutes with one 5 minute break. Focus will be on permission management and other access controls for SharePoint, Telligent, and Adobe Connect.
Every other weekday, the Daily Training Webinar will still be open to general Q&A.
If attending Owner training on Tuesday is impossible, new Owners can request a special session via APAN ticket.
