Hello APAN Users,
 
In an effort to stay in compliance with DOD requirements, effective Tuesday 3 September 2024, all community owners requesting CUI approval for their communities must complete and submit their Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Training certificate before a New CUI Request or a CUI Renewal will be processed. 
 
CUI training is a yearly requirement for all DoD personnel with access to controlled unclassified information.

  • Concur with Mr. Wilson's concerns, please clarify if FDOs are no longer in the process for releasing CUI to foreign partners. USSOUTHCOM already has a mechanism for tracking annual CUI training, do we (USSOUTHCOM employees) just have to provide a current certification of completion, or do they have to do additional CUI training?
