  • If your URL begins with //community.apan.org/, it indicates a Verint group, and you must follow the instructions below.

  • If your URL starts with //sites.apan.org/, it refers to a SharePoint site, and no action is needed.

Hello APAN Users,

Starting at 2300 (new time is 2000) UTC on Friday, October 25, 2024, APAN will undergo a planned outage for the upgrade of our foundation software, Verint. During this period, APAN services will be unavailable. Please note that the upgrade date is subject to change.
 
Action Required: This upgrade will require community owners to take specific actions to ensure their customizations are saved.
