Verint Upgrade is a GO for Friday 25 October

Hello APAN Users,

It's official! Beginning at 2000 UTC (1000 HST, 1600 EDT) on Friday, October 25, 2024, APAN will undergo a planned outage for the upgrade of our foundation software, Verint.

• Customer support will NOT be available from Saturday 0000 UTC (Friday 1400 HST, 2000 EDT) through Monday 1200 UTC (0200 HST, 0800 EDT)

The upgrade details are specific to the Verint application of APAN. The following instructions apply solely to Verint groups.

• If your URL starts with //sites.apan.org/, it refers to a SharePoint site, and no action is needed.
• If your URL begins with //community.apan.org/, it indicates a Verint group, and you must follow the instructions below.
