A basic overview of the 2 primary APAN platforms - Verint and SharePoint along with other features and applications. This presentation is meant to help individuals who are new to APAN during the process of requesting a community. When APAN Knowledge Managers gather requirements for new community requests, determining which collaboration platform to set up is a main focus of the discussion.
