1. PWC Capabilities

The PWC on Ford Island enables the USPACOM Joint Training Strategy, facilitating joint and mulit-national exercises.  The facility is available to all USPACOM Directorates, Component Commands (including active and reserve tactical units), Hawaii Army/Air National Guard units, US Executive Branch departments and agencies, Hawaii State and city/county organizations, and foreign partners in the Pacific theater.

PWC Capabilities include:

• Provision of comprehensive simulation, technical, analytical, and logistics support for operations, exercises, conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage the delivery and employment of live, virtual, & constructive (LVC) training enablers associated with DoD's Joint National Training Capability.
• Apply IT expertise to support web based collaboration among DoD, interagency, and coalition partners through the All Partners Access Network (APAN).
• Plan and execute Table Top Exercises, conduct open source research and analysis (Media Analysis & Productions), and provide on-call analyses for political-military issues and for crisis response.
• Provide a venue and IT support for HQs staff training, individual learning, and crisis operations.

Note:  PWC capabilities and services are provided on a reimbursable basis.  For partner nations, reimbursement can be made either through a Foreign Military sales case, or via an active cross servicing agreement with the partner nation.
