APAN Browser Best Practices

APAN works best with the most current version of Internet Explorer.

If you are using an older version, please consult with your System Administrator to upgrade your browser to the most current version of Internet Explorer.

How do I identify what Internet Explorer version I am using?

Open Internet Explorer, select Tools (or the Help button if you're using Internet Explorer 8) and then chose About Internet Explorer.

How do I clear my cache?

Clearing your cache frequently may help your computer perform much faster.
