Manage Recordings, Chat Pods and Transcripts

Can I download recordings of my meetings and publish them elsewhere (e.g. Blackboard) or distribute them for offline viewing?

Yes, Adobe Connect meetings can be recorded and shared with people who do not have access to the community.

Can I get a transcript of my Chat pod?

If you are the Meeting Host, you can select the Chat pod options > Email Chat History.

Please note, this is referencing the Connect Chat session, not a Group Chat within your APAN Group.

Can I rename my breakout room?
