The content within this section is divided into three primary sections:

Telligent Group Overview Identify the difference between Telligent and SharePoint.  Identify how to create a Telligent Community. Content within this section is for those who wish to request a community.
Telligent Group Basics This section reviews introductory concepts within Telligent Groups.  Content within this section is for any Telligent Group Member. 
Telligent Group Applications This section discusses how to utilize the web 2.0 features within the Telligent Community.  It also provides information on how Community Owners can configure each feature. Content within this section is for any Telligent Group Member and Community Owners.
Telligent Group Advanced This section reviews advanced concepts and community configurations. Content within this section is for Telligent Community Owners

Note: Verint is the parent name; Telligent is a software application owned by Verint, similar to Microsoft owning Office, Teams, Excel, etc.
