2020 AFOSR Natural Materials and Systems Annual Program Review

The 2020 AFOSR Natural Materials and Systems Annual Program Review to be held December 7-11, 2020 at the Doolittle Institute located at 1140 E. John Sims Parkway, Suite 1, Niceville, FL 32578. The review take place in Shangri-La Auditorium.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Lodging
Attendees are responsible for their own lodging. 

Doolittle has negotiated a corporate discount with the new Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Niceville - Niceville Airport (410 West John Sims Parkway, Niceville, FL 32578, 850-842-2500 for CY2020.   Guests can use the Rate Category:  IEEGZ, or Rate Name:  DOOLITTLE RESEARCH I.  You will receive either the government rate or the Best Flex Rate, whichever is lower. It is best to call the hotel directly to get the rate.  There are many other reasonable hotels in the area as well.

In page 1 of the recommended hotels, the second entry is listed as a Holiday Inn Express; it is now a Best Western and is not the hotel mentioned above.

Please keep in mind the Doolittle Institute is open from 8:00 AM CDT to 5:00 PM CDT.  Doors open no earlier than 7:45 AM CDT and close promptly at 5:00 PM CDT.
