Interim RPPR Landing Page

This page provides resources and guidance for PIs to develop and deliver Interim Research Performance Progress Reports consistent with present AFOSR interpretation of RPPR guidelines.  We view the primary purpose of the Interim RPPR as a program management / status update tool designed to provide a focused update on performance / collaborations / products to the PO.  Specific questions or comments about this webpage and its contents should be directed to justin.koo@us.af.mil.

Top Level Instructions

1. If there are any concerns about public release (e.g., ITAR, EAR. Proprietary), please make sure your Program Officer (PO) / International Program Officer (IPO) is aware before you begin this process.
2. Please fill out the interim_rppr.docx OR main.tex template below and compile/convert to a PDF file. If you want to attach other PDFs, please create a PDF Binder.  Only a single PDF will be accepted.  Please, no passwords or privacy controls on these PDFs.
3. E-mail the PDF to technicalreports@us.af.mil and your PO/IPO. If your PDF is >20MB please send an e-mail to technicalreports@us.af.mil with a request for guidance on appropriate conveyance. This e-mail box is checked regularly but not daily. If you do not receive email confirmation of receipt within a week, please contact your PO.
4. Your PO will review the submission.
   1. If your report is approved, this is the end of the Interim RPPR submission process.
   2. If your report requires revision, you will work directly with your PO (not technicalreports@us.af.mil) to complete the Interim RPPR submission process.

Detailed Instructions

Detailed instructions for individual fields are provided in the interim_rppr_instructions.  We strongly recommend that you follow this guidance to ensure that the correct grant metadata are included in the PDF.  Simple clerical errors in grant numbers and reporting dates will likely result in significant additional work for your PO.

Please use either this *.docx or *.tex file as a guide but do not forget to print/compile to PDF before submitting to AFOSR.
