2026 Joint NSF-AFOSR Next-Generation Optical Materials for High-Power Lasers Workshop will be held hybrid, January 12-16, 2026, at the Basic Research Innovation Collaboration Center (BRICC). The BRICC is located at 4100 N Fairfax Drive, Suite 450, Arlington, VA 22203.

Hilton Arlington Towers will host the University of Rochester Group Block on January 11-14, 2026. Below is provided the reservation link for attendees. They will also have the option to contact Hilton reservation hotline to make their reservations. They would need to provide group code UOR, arrival date, and hotel name. Parking at the BRICCThere are 5 levels of underground parking managed by Atlantic Service Group at 4100 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203. The garage is open Monday - Friday from 6am to 7pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Daily parking is $5.00 for 1 hour and $10.00 all day.
