Objective:
The main goals of this program are to establish safer, more maneuverable aerospace vehicles and platforms with unprecedented performance characteristics; and to bridge the gap between the viewpoints from materials science on one side and structural engineering on the other in forming a science base for the materials development and integration criteria.
