Trust and Influence Program Review

You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) Trust and Influence Program Review to be held January 14-17, 2013, at the Wright Brother’s Institute Tec^Edge Innovation and Collaboration Center, 5000 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Dayton, Ohio 45431.  We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.

REGISTRATION

Online registration for this meeting will be available 13 August 2012 through 18 January 2013

Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, January 11, 2013. There will be no registration fee for the meeting, but it is still very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned so that the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees.  The registration desk will be open one hour before the start of the meeting each day. Participants will be responsible for their own meals, but there are many options in the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood.

ABSTRACTS

Abstracts will now be collected for electronic distribution only.  Abstracts (not to exceed one page) should be submitted publication-ready to registration@afosr.af.mil by Friday, January 11, 2013.  Please include the following in the subject line of your message: “Abstract – AFOSR Trust and Influence”.  A Microsoft Word attachment is the preferred method.  If you have any other specific requirements for your oral or presentation, please contact me or Alea Stewart (alea.stewart@afosr.af.mil or 703-696-7307). 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations are scheduled to be 30 minutes in length plus 5 minutes reserved for questions.  We will strictly adhere to this 30-minute allotment per talk in order to keep to our busy schedule.  It is expected that all presentations will be from computers and use an LCD projector which will be available.  If you have any other specific audio-visual needs for your presentation, please contact me or Alea Stewart (alea.stewart@afosr.af.mil or 703-696-7307).
