APAN Retention Policy and CUI Reminder

Hello APAN Users,

The APAN team has begun a complete review of ALL APAN Communities which will continue through the end of the year.

Key items for APAN community members and owners:

• ALL Inactive communities will be deleted without prior notice to users or community owners – see the blog post Retention Policy Reminder for details
• CUI content is only permitted on APAN with written approval from the APAN Technical Director and the APAN Capability Lead 
• NATO UNCLASSIFIED is a CUI Category NOT permitted on APAN
• ALL Unauthorized Content will be deleted without prior notice to users or community owners and will NOT be restored – see the blog post CUI Review in April 2024 for details
