Where do I start to get help from APAN?
Please don't hesitate to reach out if something isn't working as expected. If something is NOT broken and you need help navigating/using the platform, no worries—we have live training.
You can talk with an APAN trainer Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 1200 to 1300 Eastern Time (ET). Tuesdays from 1200-1330 Eastern Time (ET), the classroom is reserved for New Owner training.
The APAN Support page has self-help articles, videos, and live training opportunities to help all APAN users. If the answer to your question is found there, no ticket is required.
