APAN Support Options

Where do I start to get help from APAN?

Please don't hesitate to reach out if something isn't working as expected. If something is NOT broken and you need help navigating/using the platform, no worries—we have live training.

  • "Something is not working as expected."
  • "I need a new site on APAN."
  • "Please walk me through how this feature works on APAN."
    • Drop in to pre-scheduled training sessions (Training links) or request custom training on APAN's Service Now ticket system under the "Request Something" category. 
      •  You can talk with an APAN trainer Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 1200 to 1300  Eastern Time (ET). Tuesdays from 1200-1330  Eastern Time (ET), the classroom is reserved for New Owner training. 

      • "I want to know everything!"  APAN Subject Matter Expert training runs every Friday from 0830 to 0900 Eastern Time (WT)
  • "I don't know what's happening!"
    • Start with a "Fix Something" ticket or call to the help desk.

 

The APAN Support page has self-help articles, videos, and live training opportunities to help all APAN users. If the answer to your question is found there, no ticket is required.
