Below are a few reminders for all users about the APAN retention policy.
APAN is not an official records management system.
Inactive communities will be deleted by APAN admins after 2 years of inactivity and are not recoverable. Deleted groups/sites cannot be restored. Prior notification to community owners will NOT be provided.
Note that the term "content" refers to files uploaded, or new/updated entries to applications such as Verint blogs, wikis, forums and SharePoint lists. Membership additions or changes do not constitute "activity" within a community.
