Enable and Disable a Wiki

To Enable and Disable a Wiki

  1. Navigate to the Wiki
  2. Hover over Management
  3. Click Manage Wiki
  4. Click Wiki Options
  5. Check/Uncheck Enable/Disable this Wiki.  When disabled the wiki is no longer accessible or searchable
  6. Click Save

 

To Enable and Disable a Wiki POST

  1. Navigate to the Wiki
  2. Hover over Management
  3. Click Manage Wiki
  4. Click Pages
  5. To search for unpublished content, click the Unpublished tab
  6. To search for published content, scroll through page list, or use the find page search
  7. Once you locate the page you wish to enable/disable click the title of the Post.  The View, Edit, Publish, Delete, and Lock functions appear.
  8. Perform the function you wish:
    1. To publish unpublished content, click Add Page
    2. To unpublish published content, click Save.
