The 2019 SOARD Program Review will be held March 19-20, 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago-Vitacura. The location is Av. Vitacura 2727, Las Condes, Región Metropolitana, Chile. We look forward to seeing you there.
Summary: This 2-day meeting will review SOARD-funded research activities throughout Latin America. Additionally we will hear from representatives of AFOSR, AFRL and other research organizations about potential collaborations for future work.
Following the review (21-23 March) an additional 3-day privately organized tour to Atacama Desert, ALMA telescope, VLT site and Flamingos National Park will also be available for the first 30 attendees who sign up (spouses welcome). Price estimate including flights, transport, lodging and everything except meals is estimated at $500-$600.
