The FM Summit will be held 18-21 November at the Pentagon.

Pentagon conference room capacity

Each room has two screens and projector. You need to bring your own Government laptop with VGA or HDMI connection.

If you are bringing Surface Pro or something else without those two connections, you need to bring your own adaptor because AV Support only provides those two cables.

We will also have time devoted to: open discussion, S&T 2030/vanguard updates, and FM systems/processes. There will be fun in there as well!

Morale Event

We are still working to confirm details on a half day Capitol Hill tour morale event starting the morning of Thursday, 21 November. Using the voting buttons, please respond whether or not you are interested in attending. If you are interested, please plan your travel accordingly.

***ALL visitors must submit a visit request at least 24hrs before their arrival to the Pentagon*** You can also call the helpdesk for assistance @ 1-888-623-7457. On the day of, All will be processed by the operator to go through screening and obtain a pass to go through.
