2024 Workshop on Restructuring of AFOSR M^4 and MSMP Portfolios will be held hybrid January 17-18, 2024 at the Wright Brothers Institute, 5000 Spring Street, Dayton, OH 45431.

Workshop Objective: AFOSR plans to formulate a new portfolio that combines two existing programs on Multiscale Structural Mechanics & Prognosis (MSMP) and the Mechanics of Multifunctional Materials & Microsystems (M^4). The objective of this workshop is to gain academic perspective and AFRL stakeholder inputs for the scope and focus of this new portfolio.
Objective Day 1: Hear from the academic community on current and emerging science that would benefit this new program.
Objective Day 2 (Gov’t Only): Hear from AFRL SMEs on critical science needs that would be impacted by this program and scope the focus of the new portfolio.
