The APAN team requests that all users planning to host any event, training session, conference, exercise etc. submit a Request for No Interruption (RNI) to the APAN helpdesk via the ServiceNow ticket system. If the user does not already have ServiceNow account, they will be required to create one. Instructions for creating a ServiceNow account are located here.
The RNI allows us to monitor system performance during your event as needed, be on standby to assist should you experience technical difficulties, and it also prevents scheduling system maintenance or upgrades during your event.
If a systems maintenance period has already been scheduled on the day of your request, a Customer Service Representative will respond to your ticket with instructions to reschedule.
