How to get started? 

  • Step 1: Create ServiceNow Account Instructions Click Here

  • Step 2: After creating your ServiceNow account you can: 
    • Select 'Request Something' for new functionality.
    • Select 'Fix Something' to fix existing functionality.
    • Select 'Learn Something' for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

If you have a CAC/PIV, link it to your ServiceNow account with these instructions.
