 Verint Group Applications This section discusses how to utilize the web 2.0 features within the Verint Community.  It also provides information on how Community Owners can configure each feature. Content within this section is for any Verint Group Member and Community Owners.
 Verint Group Advanced This section reviews advanced concepts and community configurations. Content within this section is for Verint Community Owners
