Document Library in Verint Groups

What's the difference between an APAN document library and media gallery?

Media Gallery = Verint

Document Library = SharePoint

Document libraries allow a user to sort the files and add specific and/or customized forms when uploading files.

How do I add a document library to my group?

  1. Go to Group's Homepage.
  2. Click APAN Options
  3. Click Features.
  4. Select the group features & services you wish to turn on.
  5. Save. 

How do I create a navigation tab for a separate document library?

  1. Click Edit Page.
  2. Click Edit Header
  3. Within the Group - Banner, Click Configure (pencil icon)
  4. Navigation items, Click Add,
  5. Select Single Sites List
  6. Choose the proper Document Library
  7. Add Label.
  8. Save Header. 
  9. Save Page.
