Document Library in Verint Groups

What's the difference between an APAN document library and media gallery?

Media Gallery = Verint

Document Library = SharePoint

Document libraries allow a user to sort the files and add specific and/or customized forms when uploading files.

How do I add a document library to my group?

• This FEATURE is not recommended to be utilized within APAN moving forward.
• While this feature still works, it will be deprecated in the near future.  
• APAN Recommends using a hybrid approach and having two communities - Verint AND SharePoint.
• Contact APAN Support for further assistance, as needed.
