RSS - iTunes Settings

The Verint platform supports iTunes.

To configure the link to iTunes:

  1. Navigate to the blog.
  2. Mouse over Management.
  3. Click Manage blog. The Manage blogpanel appears.
  4. Click Syndication SEO/SMO. The Syndication SEO/SMOpanel appears.
  5. Select the Enable iTunes Support check box. The iTunes optionsappear.
  6. Set the following properties:
    1. iTunes category - Specifies the desired category in the iTunes category field. To specify a nested category, use the '>' character to separate the categories.
    2. iTunes explicit flag - If the content is explicit, select Yes from the drop-down list.
    3. iTunes keywords - Enter keywords (up to 12) separated by commas. (For stronger keyword selection, try out a prospective keyword on the iTunes search function to see whether it pulls content related to yours.)
    4. iTunes feed owner name - This name should be presented as you want it shown in iTunes.
    5. iTunes feed owner email address - This address will be displayed in iTunes.
    6. iTunes feed sub-title - This short description will be displayed in iTunes.
    7. iTunes image URL - Enter the URL of a 600p x 600p image for the feed to be displayed in iTunes.
  7. Click Save.
