Enable or Disable an Application

The group owner can enable or disable any of the Verint applications - including forums, blogs, media galleries, and wikis.

  1. Navigate to the group where the application is located.
  2. Mouse over Management.
  3. Click Manage group. The Manage Group panel appears.
  4. Click the Manage Applications. The applications in the group are listed.
  5. Click on the application name. The application choices appear.
  6. Click Disable to disable the application or Enable to enable it.
