How to turn SP Functions on within Your Verint Community

SHAREPOINT FUNCTIONALITY IN TELLIGENT, UNDER APAN OPTIONS, WILL BE DEPRICATED WHEN SHAREPOINT IS UPDATED. 

DO NOT USE SHAREPOINT FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN TELLIGENT. 

IF YOU WANT TO USE A HYBRID APPROACH, CREATE TWO COMMUNITIES 1) TELLIGENT and 2) SHAREPOINT.  These communities will be separate and will function separately.

• These features are not recommended to be utilized and will be deprecated in the near future.
• If you are using a numbered site, your data will not be lost.  You will have a hybrid solution (two COIs - SharePoint and Verint).
