Send Invites

Can I invite people to my site?

If you are a site owner, you can give people access to the site by adding them as owners, members, or visitors. 

  1. Select Share site.  

  2. In the Share site pane, enter the APAN Username of people you wish to add the site.  

  3. Change the permission level (Read, Edit, or Full control) as needed.

  4. Enter an optional message to send to the person, or clear the Send email box if you don't want to send an email.

  5. Select Share.
