Welcome to ServiceNow – the Support Ticket system used by APAN! 

What is ServiceNow? 

ServiceNow is an enterprise tool provided by the Air Force Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO), which supports not only APAN but also other toolsets within the Mission Partner Environment.

APAN users will need to create an account on ServiceNow (separate from their APAN account) to request services such as new communities. The ServiceNow ticket system offers the following benefits:

• Effortless Attachment of Necessary Forms: Easily attach any required forms, such as screenshots, new owner forms, CUI request forms, and other documentation, without needing to upload them to a separate library.
• Easy Ticket Tracking: Track your ticket with full visibility of all notes, emails, and communications between the user and APAN staff.
• CAC Integration: Users with CAC cards can connect using their CAC pin number, bypassing the need for a username and password.
