Wellness is an ongoing lifestyle that requires you to constantly perform reality checks on the various aspects of your life. Is your life in balance or is it off kilter? What can you do to find balance? When was the last time you relaxed and took a few moments to think about what gives you a sense of purpose and fulfillment or what brings you happiness and joy in your life? Have you had time to reflect on the quality of your relationships or tend to unchecked health problems? We are all experiencing the unique stresses of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, more than ever, it is so important for us to check in with ourselves. This class will help you recognize some signs of mental and emotional health problems and how these problems impact you overall health, relationships and quality of life. You will also be presented with tools and resources that will assist you in doing a personal “Check UP” on your overall wellness.
