Are you a good problem solver? As an adult, we’ve had lots of practice, in both our professional and personal lives, but were you effective and did the solution bring about positive change. Problem solving is one of the key attributes that separate great leaders from average ones; therefore, it’s important to use tools to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. This session will review a 6-step problem solving process, discuss how biases impact evidence gathering when trying to determine what caused the problem and show how to be flexible and think accurately during the problem solving process.
