June 2021 - How to Build Strong Relationships
Are you there for others when things are going right? Individuals typically drop everything to help a family member, friend or co-worker in times of need, but are you there to share in their joy or excitement when they have good news to share? You may discount the need to support them during the good times, but those are just as important when building strong relationships.
This interactive class will explore the four ways in which individuals respond to another’s good news, with the goal of responding in an active and constructive manner. During the class you will have a chance to examine your response styles and determine whether they are harming or building your personal relationships.
