Widget Border Properties

When you are in the edit page mode editing widgets, you control the border properties for configurable widgets, as well as whether or not to display the widget title.

To configure the border for your configurable widgets:

  1. Open a page using Edit Page.
  2. Load a configurable widget onto the page.
  3. Click the widget's border icon (window) to display a list of options.
    1. The following table explains what the widget will look like when an option is applied. Note that each display option also includes "Responsive Hidden," "Responsive 1," "Responsive 2," or "Responsive 3." For information about these options, please see Responsive design.
Option Displays
Top border and header Top border with the header
Top border Top boarder only
No border with no spacing No border or additional spacing around the widget and displays no header or title; this mode is useful for rendering raw content
No border with no spacing and header No border or additional spacing around the widget. but displays no header or title; this mode is useful for rendering raw content
No border with spacing No border or header or title, but applies the regular or configured widget spacing; this mode is useful when rendering custom content
No border with spacing and header No border, but applies the regular or configured widget spacing and displays the header or title; this mode is useful when rending custom content

4. Select a border and padding property from the list

5. Click Finish to close the editing mode and apply the border property to the widget
