Adobe Connect - Participating in an Adobe Connect Meeting

Join a meeting as a participant

Attendees can join an Adobe Connect meeting as either a guest or a registered user, depending on the options set by the meeting host.

If your connection to the server fails, Adobe Connect will display an error message. The message includes a link to a Connection Test Wizard, which walks you through steps to verify your connection.

Steps to Join

  1. Choose one of the following methods:
    • From APAN: Log into APAN, then go to the Adobe Connect Home tab from the 9-box grid icon. Under My Meetings, find the meeting you want to attend and click Enter.
    • From your APAN Community: Log into APAN, find your community, and use the link provided there for your community’s Adobe Connect room.
    • From a Link: Click the meeting URL provided to you, typically via email or other message system.
  2. Select how you will log in:
    • Enter as a Guest: Select Enter as a Guest and type your display name.
    • Enter with Your Login and Password: Select this option, then enter your APAN username and password. Click Enter Room.

Note: If the Adobe Connect application is not installed, the meeting will open directly in your web browser.
