How do I tell if someone is still using Flash?

[toc]

Flash No Longer is Used

Flash is no longer utilized within Adobe Connect.  Browsers have even removed Flash as well.

If someone mentions they may be having audio, video or screen sharing issues, confirm Adobe Connect has been removed from their device and they are using the correct version of Adobe Connect.

I am a Host of a meeting, can I see if someone is using Flash?

Yes. You may see an icon that appears next to the person's name in the Attendees Post for Connect Meeting Rooms.  If a participant, presenter or host is using Flash, the icon will appear next to their name. This means the individual is using "Classic" view.  Suggest to that user to update their Adobe Connect and REMOVE flash.
