About ServiceNow

Welcome to ServiceNow – the new Support Ticket system used by APAN! 

What is ServiceNow? 

ServiceNow is an Enterprise Tool that is part of the Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO), which supports not only APAN but the other toolsets that make up the Mission Partner Environment. See the announcement on APAN’s Support Blog here. 

APAN users will be able to use ServiceNow much like the current APAN Support Ticket system, but with a few upgrades: 

  • Users will need to create an account on ServiceNow. This account is separate from the user’s APAN account. 
  • An account will allow users access to many new upgraded features: 
    • Easy attachments! Easily attach screenshots, Owners forms, CUI request forms, and any other documentation without needing to upload to a separate library. 
    • Easy tracking of your ticket with visibility on all notes, emails and communication between the user and APAN staff. 
  • Connecting a user’s CAC to log into the ServiceNow account.
