How to get started?
Create a ServiceNow account with these
instructions.
Start your new ticket by clicking “Request Something.”
Users can submit a request to fix something without a Service Now account by submitting a ticket under “Fix Something” but the user will not have access to the communication features on ServiceNow
without an account.
