This knowledge article will show the steps needed to link your CAC with your MPCO ServiceNow account for easier authentication. You will still be able to log in using your User name and Password with multi-factor (MFA) authentication as well.
Log into your MPCO ServiceNow account using your User name and Password, along with your multi-factor authentication.
Once you're logged in, click on your initials in the top right of the page and select Profile:
On your User Profile page you will see Related Links in the bottom left of the page:
Select the option for "Register client certificate". Click "Register" on the acknowledgment pop-up.
Now that you are registered, you can always remove or manage your client certificates by clicking the "Manage your client certificates" in the same Related Links section of your profile.
If you encounter any issues registering your CAC, please log an Incident ticket on the MPCO Service Portal by clicking on the Fix Something menu item on the home page.
