This knowledge article will show you how to reset your ServiceNow password using the self-service password reset feature.
In order to use self-service password reset, the email address associated with your account must be up-to-date on your user record.
If your email address is not up-to-date, or you cannot use the self-service password reset, please create an incident to assist in getting your password reset (note: this will take longer than self-service).
1. On the landing page of the Service Portal, click on Forgot Password
2. Enter your ServiceNow user name (this may be the same as your email address)
3. Enter the email address listed on your user record
4. If the request was successful you will see a confirmation
5. An email will be sent from the ServiceNow instance (mpco@servicenowservices.com)
