1. Navigating Your Profile

Your profile is your personal hub within Verint, where you can manage account settings, track activities, and view interactions.

Steps to Access and Manage Your Profile:

Access Your Profile:

• Click on your avatar at the top-right corner of the screen.
• Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Profile Overview:

• Home Tab: Your starting point for recent activities, notifications, and announcements across groups and sites.
• Profile Tab: Manage personal information, preferences, and update your profile details.
• Activity Tab: View your interaction history, including posts and contributions across the platform.
• Groups Tab: Navigate to Verint groups you’re a part of.
• Sites Tab (SharePoint Sites): Navigate to the SharePoint sites you belong to.
• Colleagues Tab: Manage your network of connections and interact with colleagues.
• Mentions, Likes, and Bookmarks Tabs: Track mentions, liked content, and bookmarked posts for easy reference.
• Blog Posts Tab: Access, edit, and create blog posts within Verint.
• Questions Tab: View, respond to, or post questions within the community.

2. Using Search

Access the Search Bar:

• The search bar is located at the top of the page and is visible on all screens.

Enter Search Terms:

• To find specific content, enter keywords, hashtags (e.g., #community), or mentions (e.g., @username).

Advanced Search Options:

• Click on Advanced Search to access additional filters like relevancy, content type, location, and author.

Filter Results:

• Use filter buttons to narrow down results by content type (e.g., groups, sites, people).

Use “Anywhere”:

• If you are unsure which filter to apply, try Anywhere to broaden your search results.
