Disabled Account
Recover a Disabled Account:
APAN accounts are disabled after 35days of inactivity.
If you try logging in with a disabled account, you will be alerted that
Account is Disabled
.
You have two options to recover the account:
First, after seeing the disabled alert, click the link
Confirm your Identity
> Provide the primary and recovery email addresses associated with the account.
A recovery email will be sent to you. Follow the link to enable the account and reset your password (valid for 120 minutes).
Note:
This can only be done once every 24 hours.
