(MFA) Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA adds an extra layer of security to your APAN account. When you log in, you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time verification code sent to the primary and recovery email associated with the account.

  • Important Details About MFA:
    • Codes are valid for 120 minutes.
    • Accessing your account from a new IP address will require a new code.
    • A new code will be needed every 14 days.
    • Codes are sent to both your primary and recovery email addresses.
