The Rocket Propulsion For the 21st Century (RP21) Steering Committee Meeting will be held April 2-3, 2014 at the Basic Research Innovation Collaboration Center (BRICC). The BRICC is located at 4075 Wilson Blvd., Suite 350, Arlington, VA 22203. The review will take place in the Liberty Room.
Discussions will be held at both the classified and unclassified levels and will include information that is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Arms Export Control Act. For non-government personnel, attendance at the unclassified discussions is restricted to U.S. citizens whose organization is (1) registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) and the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) OR (2) registered with the DLIS and certified by a government official. Additional information concerning registration with DTIC or DLIS can be obtained by contacting DLIS at 1-800-352-3572 (www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) or DTIC at 1-800-225-3842 (www.dtic.mil/dtic/registration/index.html).
To participate in classified discussions, attendees must also possess a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance with a need-to-know to attend and be employed by a DoD, DoE, or NASA facility or with a DoD, DoE, or NASA contractor facility. Due to limited seating for the classified discussion, priority will be given to Steering Committee members, Industry Representatives, and relevant Government Personnel. The Classified session will be held within walking distance of the BRICC.
Registration:The registration form is required for badging information and to confirm registration with DLIS and DTIC. Registration will be complete upon receipt of the unclassified registration form (Attachment 2). Instructions for registering for the classified session will be sent in a separate invitation.
For U.S. Government Contractors, attendance at the meeting is restricted to U.S. citizens whose organization is (1) registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) and the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) OR (2) registered with the DLIS and certified by a government official. Please confirm your qualification to attend by signing the registration form in Part I and have either 1) your Facility Security Officer/Human Resource Representative sign Part II for those registered with DTIC or 2) Government Sponsor sign Part III. The registration form is a fillable .pdf, so digital signatures will be accepted.
