Supported Video and File Upload Formats

Verint Groups supports a wide variety of file formats for upload and movie play. The following extensions are supported.

**When playing an uploaded video, Verint relies on the browser to pick the plugin and play the video correctly. Not all browsers support all extensions. For example, Internet Explorer does not have a WMA plugin.
