AC Console or Dashboard

[toc]

How do I get to the Management Console in Adobe Connect?

You may recall that within your Adobe Connect room, you used to be able to click Manage Information or Manage Adobe Connect Room link and the link would take you to a separate window where you could find reports, manage meeting settings and where the main content library was located.

  1. To go to the Manage Adobe Connect Room console, click the word Adobe Connect in the upper left-hand corner.

Note: You can get to the Adobe Connect Management Console or Dashboard the following ways:

Use the APAN Connect URL

  1. Log in to APAN (if you are not logged in, you will see an Uh-oh Screen).
  2. Go to https://connect.apan.org/
  3. The Management Console will open
    1. If you are an Owner or Host of meetings, you will see your meetings listed.

Use the Meeting Test URL

  1. Log in to APAN.
  2. Go to this URL: https://connect.apan.org/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm  (Save this in your browser for later use).
  3. Click Account Login in the upper, right corner.  You will be directed to the Management Console.
