Content in Verint groups can be easily exported by using the "Export Group" function. User must have Owner level permissions to use this function.

Click "Export Group" from administrative links:

Select as many of the applications as you wish to download. "Media Galleries" is the application containing files.

A .zip file will be created with all the content in the group for your selected applications. Click "Download" to download the .zip file.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If you do not see the menu items including "Export Group" in the blue and white menu as shown below, you may not have that widget installed or that widget may not be configured to show the "Export Group" button.

To fix this, try these steps:

1. Click the black and white pencil icon in the upper left corner to open your control panel
2. Click "Manage Group Theme" then "Edit this page" to put your home page in edit mode.
3. If the widget showing the blue and white menu does not appear, you will need to install it.
   1. Use the "Find a Widget" search box in the black control panel to find the widget named "APAN-Group-Links"
   2. Click and drag that widget from the black menu onto your page.
4. If the widget showing the blue and white menu does appear, but the button for "Export Group" does not appear, click the gear icon on the widget to configure it.
   1. Ensure the "Export Group" option shows "Enabled" per screenshot below.

The APAN SharePoint platform does not have a similar function. Files must be downloaded from SharePoint sites one at a time. Please submit a ticket for assistance.
