GENERAL INFORMATION
You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) 2012 Flow Interactions & Control Program Review to be held July 17-19, 2012, at the Holiday Inn- Ballston Hotel, 4610 N. Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA 22209. We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.
REGISTRATION
Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, June 29, 2012.
There will be no registration fee for the meeting, but it is still very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned so the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees. The registration desk will be open one hour before the start of the meeting each day. Participants will be responsible for their own meals, but there are many options in the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations are scheduled to be 25 minutes in length plus 5 minutes reserved for questions. We will strictly adhere to this 30-minute allotment per talk in order to keep to our busy schedule. It is expected that all presentations will be from computers and use an LCD projector which will be available. If you have any other specific audio-visual needs for your presentation, please contact me or Alea Stewart (alea.stewart@afosr.af.mil or 703-696-7307).
HOTEL INFORMATION
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging. A block of rooms has been set-aside at the Holiday Inn-Ballston, 4610 N. Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA 22209 and all rooms are based on the government per diem rate per night, plus tax. Check-in time at the Holiday Inn-Ballston is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can provide a baggage storage area for early arrivals or late departures. Reservations must be made by Monday, 25 June 2012. The room rate is based on a first come first serve basis until Monday, 25 June 2012. Reservations can be made directly with the Holiday Inn- Ballston (703) 243-9800. Please reference the room block designated for “AFOSR Flow Interactions & Control Program Review”. Make your reservations early to secure a room.
