Plasma and Electro-Energetic Physics Review

The Plasma and Electo-energetic Physics Program Review will be held virtually, January 7-8, 2012. This is the first meeting AFOSR will host entirely online, so we appreciate your patience as we work through our process. There is no registeration fee for this meeting, however we do ask you to register online by clicking the link below.

STEP 1: Register
Please register online. We would appreciate if all attendees and presenters complete the online registration.

STEP 2: Download Agenda
Download and review agenda. Please note that the times are EST. Agenda will be available shortly.

STEP 3: Upload Presentation
Presenters should upload final presentation slides using the media gallery. Please remember that your presentations will be preloaded, so we will not be able to accomodate last minute changes.

STEP 4: Test the Streaming Link
This meeting will be broadcast using Adobe Connect. If you have never used Adobe Connect, you may wish to test your connection prior to the start of this meeting. TEST.

STEP 5: Join the Meeting

Presenter Tips:

Login using the same instructions as listed above for participants.
Presenters will brief in the order listed on the Agenda.
Slides must be received by the meeting organizers NLT Wednesday, January 2 and will be preloaded into the Adobe Connect meeting room.
When it is your turn to present, please remember to unmute your telephone before you begin. Meeting organizers will advance your slides on cue. There may be some lag depending on Internet speeds, so please periodically reference slide numbers or topics.
